Position Overview:
- Our client is recruiting a Sales Team Lead to oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales executives, and drive revenue growth across its product lines.
- The role is responsible for ensuring e ective sales execution, managing key customer relationships, and aligning sales activities with production capacity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities to ensure targets are achieved.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s manufacturing output and market demand.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures.
Requirements:
& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing.
- At least 1–2 years experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, distribution channels, and customer management in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft O ice; experience using CRM or sales tracking tools is an added advantage.
