We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Location: Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, supervising sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities - Set sales targets and ensure team meets or exceeds targets - Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives - Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally - Ensure proper product display and stock availability - Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Enforce company sales policies and procedures Requirements: - Minimum of BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Representative - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets - Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service - Basic computer skills (Excel, reports, POS is an advantage) Skills: & Competencies - Team leadership and motivation - Sales planning and execution - Problem-solving skills - Customer relationship management NOTE: Applicants must be willing to work on weekends, with one day off during the week.
