A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - Sebate Ventures, a business enterprise with a shop/store located in Ketu, is urgently recruiting for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Sales Supervisor. - We require a Sales supervisor to perform In-store, man management, and sales activities. - Receiving customers and accepting payments for goods, as well as managing available items in store. - Maintaining order and tidiness, ensuring sales, and other activities move smoothly. Duties - Resume early in the morning to ensure the shop is set up and open for business. - Be an example for other attendants to follow. - Attend to customers coming into the shop and assist them with their needs. - Ensure the security and safety of all goods and properties within the shop. - Record daily sales transactions and input them onto a computer. - Setting up an online storefront for the shop for online sales activities is a plus. - Oversee (be watchful and vigilant) all activities, transactions and occurrences in the shop. - Reporting to, and performing duties and directives assigned by shop/store owner. Requirements: & Qualification - OND Qualification. - 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience. - Must reside in Ketu. - Good communication skills in English and local languages - Computer appreciation (Must know how to use a computer for record purposes) - Ability to use Microsoft Excel will be a plus. - Maturity in managing other sales attendant. - Attending to customers in a friendly and cordial manner - Attention to detail is key for this job. - Must be based in the Ketu area, as proximity to the shop is of utmost importance. - Ability to set up an online store-front, to sell store items is a plus. - Honesty, Integrity and absolute Loyalty is expected. - Must have a serviceable smartphone for easy communication and storefront tracking. - Dedication and hard work are non-negotiables.
