An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Role Overview
- The Sales Supervisor will manage Van Sales and Van Delivery teams, ensure effective route execution, drive sales performance, and support daily distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach Van Sales & Delivery Representatives
- Monitor sales performance, conduct field visits, and provide feedback
- Train teams on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service
- Coordinate inventory, routes, and promotions with Sales Manager
- Report competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements:
- HND / BSc in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills
- Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors.
