We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Role Description - This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Specialist based in Lagos. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting company products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining sales records, achieving set sales targets, and participating in sales training sessions to enhance professional development. Required Qualifications: - Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service - Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management - Ability to deliver and receive Training effectively - Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation abilities - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships - Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in the financial, real estate, or mortgage industry is an advantage
