## Title: Sales Representatives & Van Sales Representatives (FMCG)
About the Role
Our client, a leading player in the FMCG (Food and Beverage) sector, is seeking experienced and self-driven Open-Market and Van Sales Representatives to join their growing sales team. You will be based in Abuja, Lagos, Ebonyi, Edo, or Delta, driving sales and ensuring optimal visibility of company brands within assigned retail outlets and designated routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the assigned sales van to designated locations (for Van Sales Representatives)
- Sell and deliver food and beverage products to existing and prospective customers
- Monitor product movement and apply stock rotation (FIFO) to prevent expired goods
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain and grow customer accounts within assigned territories
- Ensure products are properly handled and accounted for
- Provide timely reports on sales activities and market feedback
- Proficiently use the Account Manager App (Merchandiser Profile) to perform daily van sales activities
- Engage effectively with app functionalities including geo-location check-ins, stock capture, planogram compliance checks, and AI-driven sales recommendations

Requirements
- Minimum of OND/NCE in any discipline (HND/B.Sc. is an added advantage)
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Van Sales Representative in the FMCG sector (Food & Beverage experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and good knowledge of local routes (for Van Sales Representatives)
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Smartphone ownership with proficiency in using smartphone applications
