## Title: Sales Representative – Service Provider Acquisition

Role Overview

UrbanWish is hiring a Sales Representative to lead service provider acquisition and onboarding. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, pitching the UrbanWish value proposition, onboarding businesses onto the platform, and ensuring their listings are verified and optimized for growth.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Service Provider Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and engage service providers across UrbanWish categories
  • Pitch UrbanWish's value proposition clearly and persuasively
  • Convert leads into active service providers on the platform

Onboarding & Listing Optimization

  • Support providers in creating business profiles and service listings
  • Ensure accurate pricing, images, descriptions, availability, and location details
  • Guide providers through document verification and onboarding requirements

Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for onboarded service providers
  • Educate providers on best practices to maximize bookings and visibility
  • Gather feedback from providers and share insights with the internal team

Performance & Reporting

  • Track onboarding progress and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and active providers
  • Contribute to weekly progress updates and field insights

Collaboration

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Support launch campaigns and city and/or category expansion

Requirements

Required

  • 1–3+ years' experience in sales, business development, or field marketing
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and follow-ups
  • Ability to explain digital products to non-technical business owners
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketplace or platform-based business models
  • Familiarity with service industry verticals
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets
