Sales Representative - FMCG at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in Modern Trade channels, particularly supermarkets and retail chains, and expertise in cosmetics and FMCG products.

Salary Range

₦150,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail partners
• Drive sales through Modern Trade channels and ensure consistent product visibility across outlets
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and gather customer feedback
• Promote and present company products to potential clients and partners
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and market intelligence updates
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–5 years proven experience in sales within the FMCG or manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated experience managing Modern Trade accounts (supermarkets, retail chains, etc.)
• Experience in cosmetics or related FMCG sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and distribution channels
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales growth
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic reporting
• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
