## Title: Sales Representative - Poultry Feed
Job Summary
A feed manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in poultry feed sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share within the poultry farming sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell poultry feed products to existing and potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales volume
- Conduct farm visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to poultry farmers
- Provide technical advice and after-sales support to customers to ensure product satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance to management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Agriculture, Animal Science, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in poultry feed sales or agribusiness (minimum 2–3 years)
- Strong knowledge of poultry nutrition and feed formulation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and customer engagement
