About the Role

We are seeking a qualified sales representative to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will drive sales of consumer electronics, with a focus on smart TVs and smart home appliances, while building strong customer relationships and staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Advise customers on smart TV features including 4K, OLED, and QLED technologies
• Provide expert guidance on smart home appliance features and benefits
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g., QLED vs OLED, smart home integration)
• Maintain strong relationships with local retailers and wholesalers
• Track sales performance, collect customer feedback, and monitor competitor activity

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in electronics or home appliance sales
• Strong knowledge of TV features and smart home appliance brands
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, customer-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence
