## Title: Sales Representative – Boutique
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our boutique team at Pruvia Integrated Limited. The ideal candidate will drive sales, provide an exceptional shopping experience, and help maintain the boutique's visual and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing personalized fashion advice and product information
- Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards, including product displays and stock presentation
- Handle cash, cards, and other payment transactions accurately
- Manage inventory, restock items, and conduct periodic stock checks
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly
- Assist in organizing sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns
- Report daily sales, customer feedback, and inventory updates to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth boutique operations
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in Retail, Sales, or Fashion is a plus
- Prior retail or boutique sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
- Strong sense of style, attention to detail, and visual merchandising awareness
