## Title: Sales Representative - Home Appliances
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales and market expansion for our home appliance products in Lagos. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in the home appliance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the region
- Identify and engage potential customers, retailers, and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and closing deals
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the home appliance or electronics industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local market and ability to build relationships with retailers and distributors
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and result-driven
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language
- Must reside in or be willing to travel frequently within the region
