## Title: Sales Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is energetic, business-savvy, customer-focused, and excited about driving financial inclusion through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new customers, merchants, and business partners
- Promote the company's financial products and services across assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct field marketing, product demonstrations, and market activations
- Gather market intelligence and provide actionable feedback to management
- Ensure excellent customer support and proper resolution of client issues
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, field activation, agent acquisition, or customer service (fintech experience is an added advantage)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Smart, confident, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS terminals, agency banking, or digital finance is a plus
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Auchi
