## Title: Sales Representative - Real Estate
About the Role
Blue Earth Properties is seeking a qualified sales representative to sell properties and property investments to our clients. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within a successful sales team.
Key Objectives
- Represent the company's products and services using consumer research and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Develop and implement territory action plans using comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales techniques according to field interactions and results
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business across all service categories
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations while handling customer objections
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and required documentation for executive-level presentations
- Assess current client needs and follow a defined selling process with potential buyers, including product demos and presentations
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards are upheld
