About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and supervising order fulfillment officers while assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.
Compensation and Location
Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000 per month
Required Residence: Applicants must reside in one of the following areas:
- Oniru
- Lekki Phase 1
- Marwa
- Elf Bus-stop
- Ikate Elegushi
Candidates residing outside these specified areas will not be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders with accuracy and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery partners to streamline the fulfillment process
- Resolve order fulfillment issues, including delays, damaged items, and incorrect deliveries
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy and fulfillment time
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
- Generate reports on order fulfillment KPIs and performance metrics

Typical Scenarios
Resolving a Delivery Delay: When a customer reports a delay, you would investigate the reason, update the manager on the situation, and work with the delivery partner to resolve the issue.
Managing an Inventory Shortage: If a product is out of stock, you would notify relevant parties, explore alternative solutions, and ensure the customer is informed of the delay or alternatives.
