Sales Representative

We are looking for passionate, result-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting people, building client relationships, and achieving sales goals, this is your chance to earn big rewards while growing your career. - ₦80,000 monthly basic pay - ₦8,000 Perfect Attendance Bonus - ₦10,000 Performance Bonus (if target is achieved) - ₦10,000 Target Bonus (after 3 consecutive wins) - Salary increase after 3-month probation - Extra bonuses for team goal achievements Duties - Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients - Build and maintain strong client relationships within your assigned area - Follow up on leads and close deals promptly - Achieve personal and team sales targets - Maintain accurate sales records and submit performance reports - Experience in field sales (preferred) Requirements: - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Confidence, high energy, and a drive to succeed - Basic computer literacy - Must reside in or near Lagos Monday – Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
