An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview: - Harvest Feeds and Agro Processing Ltd is seeking a highly aggressive, target-driven Sales Representative with verifiable past sales achievements to drive revenue growth across our agro-processing products. The ideal candidate must be hungry for results, confident in closing deals, and capable of exceeding sales targets consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Actively prospect, develop, and close new customers and distributors - Drive sales of company products through direct and indirect channels - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to grow repeat sales - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company policy - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates - Follow up aggressively on leads until conversion - Represent the company professionally in the market Requirements: - OND / HND / BSc in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum of 3–5 years’ sales experience in FMCG, agro-processing, manufacturing, or industrial products - Proven track record of exceptional sales performance (evidence required) - Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel and work in the field - Results-oriented mindset with high energy and discipline Added Advantage - Experience selling agro-products, animal feed, starch, or industrial raw materials - Existing customer or distributor network - Experience in B2B and bulk sales - Valid driver’s license - Performance Expectation - Candidates must be able to demonstrate past sales achievements such as: - Revenue growth figures - Volume targets exceeded - Major accounts closed - Market expansion results
