Job description

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Responsibilities - Ability to identify prospective customers - Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Reach out to customer leads - Generating sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients - Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Achieve targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframe - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments - Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services - Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports - Keeping track of outstanding balances and scheduled collection - Keeping track of customers’ statements - Stay up-to-date for best practices and promotional trends - Continuously improve through feedback - Understanding and promoting company programs - Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products - Maintaining client records - Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Required Qualifications: , Skill and Experience - Minimum B.Sc / HND In Industrial chemical and any related course - Minimum of 3 years work experience as a sales representative with Paint industry. - Strong communication skill - Good interpersonal skill - Good customer service and sales skill - Ability to travel and flexible mobility.
