Key Responsibilities: - Greet and engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles. - Explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties. - Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance. - Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets. - Process sales paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements. - Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new product launches, promotions, and industry trends. - Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification.
