## Title: Sales Promoter

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic, outgoing, and persuasive Sales Promoters to join SIMS Nigeria Limited. As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting products, and driving sales at various locations including retail outlets, events, and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to promote products
  • Demonstrate product features, answer questions, and provide information to prospective buyers
  • Drive sales by explaining product benefits and creating a positive customer experience
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Set up promotional displays and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Handle customer feedback professionally
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest promotions
  • Report daily sales and customer interactions to the team leader or manager

Requirements

  • OND qualification
  • 3 years of experience as a sales representative or merchandiser
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to meeting goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Outgoing personality with confidence
  • Passion for engaging with people
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet sales targets
