## Title: Sales Personnel
Position Summary
A leading German multinational equipment manufacturing company is seeking a motivated Sales Personnel to drive sales growth across the building services, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will actively manage sales operations, oversee sales agents and distributors, and articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and meet company annual sales quotas and revenue goals
- Maintain daily contact with new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with continuous lead follow-up
- Prepare sales proposals for technical products and services, including quotes and pump selection recommendations
- Create and deliver technical presentations to prospects and clients
- Review sales inquiries with detailed technical specification analysis
- Close sales contracts and manage contract negotiations
- Initiate and follow-up with customers before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry in company database
- Coordinate with applicable company departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Travel regularly to meet with customers and company representatives
- Monitor industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations affecting target markets
- Manage and support company sales agents and distributors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or HND degree, preferably in the sciences
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in managing technical product specifications and proposals
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with pump manufacturing companies or pump distributorships
