Key Responsibilities - Identifying potential customers through visitation, calls & emails. - Contacting customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating product / services - Sales executions such as presenting offers and finalize sales contract - Building loyalty, providing support, resolving necessary issues and ensuring long term satisfaction. - Meet or exceeding set sales goals and revenue targets. Requirements Key Activities: - Staying update on product features, benefits and market trends - Developing plans to approach potential customers and expand the customer base. - Preparing weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and performance. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self motivation and a strong drive to achieve results - Problem solving and negotiation abilities.
