## Title: Sales & Partnerships Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team. You will lead efforts in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth, open new opportunities, and strengthen our impact.

This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in business development, stakeholder engagement, and negotiations at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets for our products and services
  • Identify potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnership portfolio
  • Negotiate partnership agreement terms to ensure mutual obligations and benefits
  • Manage existing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, developing new collaboration ideas, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote partnerships to clients and other stakeholders
  • Establish new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements
  • Develop and manage long-term partner relationships to increase sales opportunities and client loyalty
  • Conduct data analysis and market research to identify partnership opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partnership opportunities, managing communication and expectations throughout the process
  • Negotiate and draft partnership agreements, ensuring legal and financial terms are favorable to the company
  • Monitor industry trends and news, sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders
  • Attend conferences and networking events to generate leads and cultivate business relationships
