## Title: Sales & Order Fulfilment Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking results-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales & Order Fulfilment Executives to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for engaging customers, processing orders accurately, and ensuring seamless fulfilment from start to finish. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver on sales targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Actively engage customers (in-store, online, and via phone) to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Communicate promotions, new arrivals, and pricing updates to customers
Order Processing & Fulfilment
- Accurately process prepaid and credit orders using Odoo ERP
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely and correct deliveries
- Verify that customers receive only the items purchased to prevent errors
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on Google Sheets and internal systems
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs for order documentation, customer communication, and stock handover
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Customer Experience & Problem Resolution
- Handle complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow up on orders and proactively communicate any delays or issues
Requirements
Education
- BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, order fulfilment, or customer service (preferably in IT distribution or retail)
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Google Workspace
Compensation
Salary: 150,000 – 200,000
