Role Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Officers to drive business growth through strategic B2B selling, client relationship management, and contract acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the HVAC-R, engineering, or mechanical solutions sector, and a proven track record of closing high-value, big-ticket corporate deals.
This role requires a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and the ability to deliver measurable sales results aligned with clearly defined KPIs within the shortest time possible.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the B2B and corporate markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and procurement teams within target industries
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids for HVAC and engineering solutions
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
- Track and report on sales performance against agreed KPIs and revenue targets
- Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning
- Ensure timely contract execution, invoicing, and client satisfaction to promote repeat business
- Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings

- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, furnaces, or related solutions
