Sales Officers (HVAC-R) B2B at Mandilas Group

Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Officers to drive business growth through strategic B2B selling, client relationship management, and contract acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the HVAC-R, engineering, or mechanical solutions sector, and a proven track record of closing high-value, big-ticket corporate deals.

This role requires a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and the ability to deliver measurable sales results aligned with clearly defined KPIs within the shortest time possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the B2B and corporate markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and procurement teams within target industries
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids for HVAC and engineering solutions
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
• Track and report on sales performance against agreed KPIs and revenue targets
• Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning
• Ensure timely contract execution, invoicing, and client satisfaction to promote repeat business
• Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, furnaces, and related mechanical solutions
