Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our growing furniture company in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of high-quality furniture products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell furniture products to walk-in customers and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain an organized showroom display and ensure all products are properly tagged and presented
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review
• Stay updated on furniture trends, product features, and market offerings

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND qualification or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in furniture sales or similar retail environment
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Customer-oriented attitude with a keen eye for design and product appeal
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours

Compensation

N180,000 per month
