About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented Sales Officers to join our furniture showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our extensive range of furniture while building brand awareness and serving as a brand ambassador for the company.

Location & Compensation

Location: Festac, Lagos, Nigeria

Salary: ₦200,000–250,000

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and drive furniture sales, achieving daily, monthly, and quarterly targets
• Generate orders and close sales using showroom stock, catalogues, and product discussions
• Propose custom order alternatives, including suitable fabric and hardware options
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to plan and execute seasonal furniture promotions
• Maintain and update the accessories inventory database
• Maintain display accessories in-store (e.g., regular cleaning and steaming of bedding)
• Manage the visual appearance of the showroom according to merchandising standards
• Direct the flow of products from receiving to the sales floor, including seasonal floor plans and daily visual displays
• Liaise with sales and procurement managers to ensure stock availability and confirm all orders are fully paid before delivery
• Monitor orders with attention to detail using daily checklists to minimize delays and errors
• Pass retail leads beyond showroom scope to the sales team to maximize sales opportunities
• Ensure showroom, storage, and ancillary areas remain clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Verify all stock is correctly labeled and priced with accurate dimensions and fabric details
• Maintain catalogues, swatches, and product materials in good condition
• Participate in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) annually
