## Title: Sales Officer – FMCG/E-commerce

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the FMCG and e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong sales talent and a desire to make a significant impact in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities to drive business development
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
  • Analyze market potential and track sales performance to deliver actionable intelligence
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Represent the company professionally in all client engagements
  • Stay informed on product updates and promotions

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
  • Valid driver's license and access to transportation
  • Prior exposure to consumer goods, cosmetics, or related industries
  • Results-oriented and highly driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
