## Title: Sales Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Promote and sell company products and services to prospective customers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities
