## Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our Growth Division. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, business development, and converting businesses such as hotels, restaurants, eateries, and other commercial buyers into active customers on our marketplace application.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify and generate leads among hotels, restaurants, caterers, and other food-related businesses
  • Conduct market visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients

Client Onboarding & Training

  • Onboard new business customers onto the Online Foodstuff Store Ltd marketplace application
  • Train clients on how to place orders, navigate the app, and utilize available features
  • Provide post-onboarding support to ensure consistent ordering and customer satisfaction

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive consistent sales volume from onboarded businesses
  • Promote company products, pricing, and value propositions to business customers
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and conversion targets

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare and submit weekly sales and onboarding progress reports
  • Track leads, conversions, active clients, and revenue performance
  • Share market feedback and insights with the Growth team for strategy improvement

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the Growth and Operations teams to improve customer experience
  • Contribute ideas for sales promotions, partnerships, and market expansion

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (FMCG or food industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets
