About the Role

Tulips and Lilies Confectionery is seeking a qualified Sales Marketer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this position, you will be the face of our brand at exhibition events, driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with visitors at the exhibition booth to introduce and promote our products
• Drive on-the-spot sales and encourage customers to make purchases
• Collect customer details and build connections for potential future business opportunities
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude throughout the event
• Assist with booth setup, product display, and restocking as needed
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and sales performance

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, confident, and approachable personality
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales targets
• Availability for both event days

Preferred Experience

• Sales or marketing experience in FMCG, retail, or hospitality sectors
