Sales Manger/Assistant Sales Manger - Small Domestic Appliances/TVs at Best Service Raya

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our small domestic appliances and TV product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Distribute products from the assigned distribution branch to wholesalers and dealers within the specified route
• Collect outstanding balances from dealers and wholesalers
• Submit daily sales reports to the Sales Supervisor
• Plan and execute daily work activities, including sales objectives and customer account updates
• Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory management
• Meet with distributors to promote new products in coordination with the Area Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor
• Understand dealers' and wholesalers' needs and provide cooperative support to improve customer satisfaction
• Identify and capitalize on multiple customer needs to enhance sales opportunities
• Perform administrative tasks, including recording client contacts, leads, and product promotions
• Maintain company property and equipment in good working condition
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Experience
