About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Sales Manager specializing in wood projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and competitive activities
• Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly
• Train, mentor, and evaluate sales team members to promote growth and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity

Compensation

Monthly Gross Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦750,000
