Job Description / Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity - Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and competitive activities - Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts - Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly - Train, mentor, and evaluate sales team members to promote growth and development. Qualifications - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
