Arab Space Nig. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and support the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales team
- Assign leads and manage sales targets
- Train and onboard new sales staff and freelance agents
- Track performance and prepare sales reports
- Improve deal closure and conversion rates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience (real estate preferred)
- At least 1 year experience managing a sales team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Salary & Benefits
- ₦180,000 monthly salary
- 50% commission on personal sales profit
