## Title: Sales Manager - Solar Solutions
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in solar energy solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in channel development or B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the Nigerian energy market. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, managing dealer and distributor relationships, and driving revenue growth in the SME and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, dealers, and corporate clients
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in the SME, commercial, and institutional sectors
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in assigned regions
- Provide technical and product guidance to partners and clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements
- Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in channel or B2B sales within the solar or power backup industry
- Strong understanding of solar inverters, batteries, and off-grid/on-grid solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned territories
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with distributors, installers, or EPCs in the Nigerian solar sector
- Knowledge of local regulatory and incentive frameworks in renewable energy
