We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - A reputable real estate firm located in Ikeja, Lagos is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales team and drive revenue growth. - The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in real estate sales. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets - Develop and implement sales strategies for property sales - Oversee client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closure - Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in real estate - Proven experience in a sales leadership or managerial role - Strong negotiation, communication, and people-management skills - Deep understanding of the real estate market.
