## Title: Sales Manager - Corporate & Project Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for Corporate and Project Sales to lead our sales team to new heights. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for corporate and project-based clients
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian building market products and competitor information
  • Build and nurture relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria
  • Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product details to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and coordination with the sales team
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry dealers and key contacts
  • Attend trade shows and visit project sites to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor progress and ensure completion of sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's Degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the tiles industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new business and sign up new clients
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Nigerian building market and construction industry

Compensation

N600,000 monthly
