## Title: Sales Manager - Corporate & Project Sales
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for Corporate and Project Sales to lead our sales team to new heights. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for corporate and project-based clients
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian building market products and competitor information
- Build and nurture relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product details to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and coordination with the sales team
- Maintain strong relationships with industry dealers and key contacts
- Attend trade shows and visit project sites to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor progress and ensure completion of sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's Degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the tiles industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business and sign up new clients
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Nigerian building market and construction industry
Compensation
N600,000 monthly
