## Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Job Summary
The Sales Manager oversees the entire sales operations of the real estate company, including team management, property sales strategies, client acquisition, revenue generation, and ensuring consistent growth across all property offerings. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate markets, customer behavior, documentation processes, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual property sales targets
- Lead, train, mentor, and supervise sales executives and field marketers
- Conduct site inspections with clients and ensure excellent client experience
- Manage the entire sales pipeline—from lead generation, follow-up, presentation, negotiation, to closing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and referral partners
- Monitor market trends, competition analysis, pricing strategies, and customer insights
- Supervise digital sales efforts in collaboration with the marketing team
- Ensure proper documentation for all property sales (offer letters, receipts, contracts, allocation, etc.)
- Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and Admin teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales service
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
- Drive sales performance through incentives, training, and performance evaluations
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, open house events, and sales activations
