## Title: Sales Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing strategic sales plans. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can build strong relationships, close deals, and maximise revenue across room sales, events, corporate bookings, and group business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in corporate, government, leisure, and group segments
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and hotel tours
  • Manage key accounts to ensure client retention, repeat business, and long-term partnerships

Sales Activities & Negotiation

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing for room rates, events, and packages
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales while ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to market the hotel's services

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Front Office, Banquets, F&B, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Track sales targets, conversion rates, and account performance
  • Maintain updated sales documentation and databases
