## Title: Sales Manager
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the Sales Manager position. In this role, you will drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and lead team activities to meet organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers for assigned territory or product line
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage customer relationships and maintain high service standards
- Track all sales activities and client interactions in ERP CRM module
- Coordinate with Marketing, After Sales, and Parts teams for fulfillment and service continuity
- Provide timely and accurate reports to Sales Management
- Support pricing, proposal generation, and contract negotiation
Required Qualifications
- OND/HND or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with MBA
- Minimum 5–8 years of field or product sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ERP or CRM software experience
Standard Operating Procedures
Daily Sales Activity
- Check ERP CRM dashboard
- Follow up with open leads
- Update status of all customer interactions
Lead Management
- Record all new leads in ERP
- Qualify leads based on product fit
- Escalate hot leads to manager as needed
Customer Visits & Calls
- Plan field visits weekly
- Log purpose, outcome, and follow-up action in CRM after each call or meeting
Reporting & Targets
- Update weekly performance tracker
- Attend team reviews
- Track performance against personal sales targets
Product & Budget Knowledge
- Understand product pricing and key features
- Consider budget considerations in sales approach
- Stay updated on offers and promotions
Coordination with Other Departments
- Work with After Sales team for follow-up service
- Coordinate with Parts team for delivery and availability inquiries
