Sales Manager at Stellar Group

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of online shipping products including perfume, gadgets, footwear, and clothes, combined with proven sales experience and excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Must be based in Ibadan

Compensation Package

• Basic Salary: N140,000 monthly
• Performance Bonus: N60,000
• Daily Transport Allowance: N2,500
• Call Card Allowance: N500 weekly
