## Title: Sales Manager

About the Role

Markfema Nigeria Limited seeks a dedicated Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team in Lagos. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate and retail clients, managing a team of sales executives, and maintaining strong client relationships in the health insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive the acquisition of new corporate and retail clients across Lagos
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Present and market Markfema health plans to key decision-makers

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, mentor, and supervise Lagos-based sales executives
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure productivity
  • Organize regular sales meetings and training sessions
  • Motivate and guide the team toward achieving collective targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention
  • Resolve client challenges promptly and effectively
  • Conduct periodic client visits and satisfaction checks

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze the Lagos health insurance market and competition
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for different client segments
  • Provide timely feedback and insights to management for planning and decision-making

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions
  • Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in HMO, Insurance, or Healthcare sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos business environment and corporate structures
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling health plans to corporate organizations
  • Existing network of corporate clients in Lagos
