About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing policy sales, coordinating marketing strategy across your team, monitoring sales goals and objectives, overseeing the advertising and presentation of products and services to corporate clients, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and manage sales objectives aligned with company goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing plans, and performance feedback mechanisms
• Monitor and contribute to meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Supervise market sourcing and client relationship management
• Oversee the advertising and presentation of products and services to corporate clients
• Train and develop team members on product knowledge and services
• Respond to customer queries and ensure excellent client service
• Stay current with industry developments and market trends

Requirements

• Previous experience in insurance sales and management
• Previous banking or financial services experience
• Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Passion for providing support and motivation to team members

Education

HND, BSc, or equivalent qualification

Compensation

Salary range: ₦250,000 - ₦400,000
