## Title: Sales Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing team performance, and ensuring the organization achieves its revenue targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and leading the sales team
- Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence
- Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and partnering effectively with them
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to the management team
- Set team goals and produce monthly forecasting reports to track progress against targets and budgets
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning through closing
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
