- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management expertise
- Good understanding of financial products and market dynamics
- Ability to acquire and manage clients effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (advantageous)
