## Title: Sales Manager – Adhesives and Grout
Job Summary
Our client in the Ceramics and Tiles Industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for Adhesives and Grout to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers
- Conduct sales reporting and forecasting
- Negotiate with clients and demonstrate persuasive communication skills
- Communicate product details effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate planning, reporting, and activities with the sales team
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry dealers and market dynamics
- Stay informed on competitor products and market information
- Attend trade shows and visit project sites to identify opportunities
- Drive new business development by signing up new clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Tiles industry
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian building market and products
- Excellent product knowledge and understanding of competitor offerings
