Position Overview:
- We seekhighly experienced and strategic Sales Managerto lead business growth, manage high-performing teams, and ensure consistent target achievement across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead, and supervise Team and Sales Supervisor.
- Oversee the entire sales process and ensure business objectives are met.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market expansion.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare periodic reports.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance.
- Represent the company brand with excellence and integrity in all engagements.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 5-10 years experience.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in construction or Door Sales.
- Strong strategic thinking and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams and achieving ambitious targets.
- Candidate must be resident in Abuja.
