Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: - We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Sales Manager to lead our commercial operations across the Lagos. - The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, managing a high-impact team of Medical Sales Representatives, and strengthening our brand presence with key healthcare stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and provide field-based coaching for a team of Medical Sales Representatives to ensure peak performance. - Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), consultants, hospital administrators, and major pharmaceutical distributors in Lagos. - Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities within the region. - Operational Excellence: Oversee regional budgets, manage customer sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Required Qualifications: & Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), B.Sc in Pharmacology, Biochemistry and other Science related courses. - A relevant Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage. - Between 3 - 5 years experience in pharmaceutical sales within Lagos. - In-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape in Lagos and established networks with major hospitals and pharmacies. - Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
